Dispatch times and shipping
The time it takes to make and personalise your item varies depending on the actual item with fine china taking longer than metal for example so, with this in mind, the dispatch time has been added to the bottom of each individual item description. On the very few where none has been added, your item will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. All items are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour parcel delivery.
In the case of heavy items or goods with a value of £100 or over, the item will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: The lead time stated is a dispatch time and not a delivery time. We do not work weekends or bank holidays so if an item has a lead time of 5 working days that will be between Monday and Friday. If your order was placed at the weekend, the first day to be counted is the following Monday and dispatch 5 working days after that.

We hope that you are completely happy when your order arrives however, should that not be the case, we have made our returns policy as painless as possible.
In the case of non-personalised items:
You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days from the date of your order for a full refund less shipping charge.
Simply contact us stating your order number and reason for the return. We will contact you with an RMA number which you should enclose with your parcel.
If the product is in the condition that we sent it to you, we will then issue a full refund, minus any delivery charges that we incurred. Your refund will be by the same method of payment that you used to place your order.
Items that have been personalised or body jewellery such as earrings are exempt from this returns policy and can only be returned if the product is faulty or does not match its description.
If that is the case, we will refund the price of the product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you have incurred in returning the Product to us. Please be aware you will be required to produce a photo or receipt showing the delivery charge that you have paid in returning your item.
